The Port of Gdansk
is joined by Anna Drozd, who will run the communications office and serve as the spokesperson for the port.
Tri-City ports donated medical equipment to hospitals
On the initiative of Marek Grobarczyk, the Minister of Maritime Economy and Inland Navigation, the Port of Gdynia and the Port of Gdansk have joined forces in the fight against the coronavirus. The #sharingkindness (#dzielmysiedobrem) campaign, initiated by the Port of Gdynia, is being expanded by another initiative, important from the perspective of counteracting the growing number of infections in Poland, aimed at purchasing four analysers constituting laboratory equipment for detecting SARS-CoV-2 infections.
The Port of Gdansk actively supports the fight against the coronavirus
The PGA donated 10 fully equipped tents to the National Fire Service to help combat the coronavirus. They may also be used as temporary admission rooms in front of hospitals, if needed, and streamline the paramedics' work.
Port of Gdansk is fully operational!
At the moment, cargo handling in the port is carried out smoothly, with proper caution and care for the safety and health of port employees.
New Polish record in transshipments
The Port of Gdansk set
record in transshipment volume, having handled more than 52 million tonnes in 2019.

of intent concerning cooperation on supporting the construction and efficient operation of the Central Port.
A study visit from INEA
Representatives of the Ministry of Development Funds and Regional Policy and the European Commission visited the Port of Gdansk. On 27 November 2019, the government delegation had the opportunity to take
look at ongoing investments, co-financed from EU funds.
