Agnieszka Maria Trzaskalska
Chairman

 

Agnieszka Maria Trzaskalska, lawyer, commercial law specialist, with years of experience in governing bodies of commercial law companies from the Treasury portfolio, professionally related to corporate governance, company activity and transformations.

Graduate of doctoral studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia, where she completed a Master’s degree in law; she also obtained a postgraduate diploma in Compliance in an organisation at Koźmiński University. A graduate of the EY Academy of Business and multiple courses and training in the field of capital markets law, mergers and acquisitions, and project methodology.

She gained professional experience in law firms and the Ministry of State Treasury, where she followed a path from inspector to departmental director, managing large teams of specialists. She supervised, created and introduced the ownership policy for the Treasury, executed ownership rights and obligations from the shareholder level, as well as the supervisory authority level. She has supervised companies from different economic sectors and financial institutions, also those admitted to trading on regulated markets; she has conducted projects related to share disposal and the commercial law entity transformation processes.

She has performed corporate functions in major Polish companies, acting in key economic sectors, including mining, energy and maritime. A long-standing president and member of supervisory boards of TAURON PE SA, Grupa Lotos SA, Lotos PETROBALTIC SA, JSW SA and PLL LOT SA. Involved in the maritime industry since 2016, she has performed corporate functions in maritime port authorities and with Polish shipowners; chairwoman of the Supervisory Board of the Port of Gdańsk Authority SA since 2018.


Dorian Masłowski
Vice Chairman

 

Dorian Masłowski, advocate. A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk. He completed a postgraduate degree in Company Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk.

A PhD student at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk. A Member of the Pomorskie Bar Association in Gdańsk. He gained professional experience as an in-house lawyer in commercial law companies.

Currently, he provides comprehensive legal services to entrepreneurs and represents individual clients.

His interests focus on the subject of penal law, civil law and business law in its broadest sense.

He served as a member of the supervisory board of the Pomorskie Regional Development Agency.


Anetta Mielcarska-Puzio
Secretary

 

Anetta Mielcarska-Puzio, economist, graduate of the Faculty of Socio-Economics at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics.

After graduation, she worked with Agencja Rozwoju Przemysłu SA for 20 years, where she gained experience in various positions, in corporate governance and the ownership transformation processes.

An employee of the Ministry of Marine Economy and Inland Navigation and the Ministry of Infrastructure since 2016.

Currently, she holds the position of chief specialist at the Minister’s Office at the Ministry of Infrastructure. A long-standing member of Supervisory Boards for Polish companies, such as Polski rejestr Statków SA, Korporacja Polskie Stocznie SA, and Kutnowska Prefabrykacja Betonów Kutno sp. z o.o. A member of the Supervisory Board of the Port of Gdańsk Authority SA since 25 October 2016, where she has acted as Secretary since 17 July 2020.


Andrzej Bojanowski

 

Andrzej Bojanowski, a graduate of the Faculty of Management at the University of Gdańsk. After graduation, he worked in banking for seven years. He then served as Vice-President of the Board for Financial Matters at the Port of Gdańsk Authority SA. He was Treasurer of the City of Gdańsk from 2006 to 2008. The Deputy Mayor of Gdańsk for economic policy for 8 years. Over the past 18 years, he has chaired the works of supervisory boards of the companies: Gdańska Infrastruktura Wodno-Kanalizacyjna sp. z o.o., a special purpose vehicle to prepare Gdańsk for EURO 2012 – BIEG 2012 sp. z o.o., Port Czystej Energii sp. z o.o., the Gdańsk International Fair. He voluntarily held the position of President of the Association of Sea Cities and Municipalities (Związek Miast i Gmin Morskich) for 15 years. Currently, he serves as the President of the Gdańsk International Fair. He has 20 years of experience in banking, risk and financial strategy management. He is committed to the development of the City of Gdańsk. An enthusiast of public and corporate finances, financial services derivatives and risk analysis. He is motivated to act by challenges and also ambiguity.


Jerzy Glanc

 

Jerzy Glanc, advocate. He graduated in law in 1984, and was an academic at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk from 1985 to 1991. He served his judicial training from 1984 to 1986, and he served his legal training from 1989 to 1991. He has practised the profession of advocate since 1992. His professional interests are mainly criminal law, civil law and company law.

He is actively involved in the work of the Bar Association. He was Dean of the Pomorskie Bar Association from 2007 to 2013, and he served as Vice-President of the Supreme Bar Council from 2013 to 2021. He chaired the Provincial Commission for Adjudication of Medical Incidents at the Pomorskie Voivodeship between 2012 and 2013.

Currently, he serves as the president of the Supervisory Board at INPRO S.A. and at TREFL SOPOT S.A. He was awarded the Advocate’s Badge of Merit, medals of the 1000th anniversary of Gdańsk and the Minister of Justice.
