Ministerial delegation at the Port of Gdansk

On 9 October 2015 the Port of Gdansk hosted a delegation of representatives from the Ministry of Infrastructure and Development, who arrived in numbers at the port for detailed information regarding most of the development projects planned for the coming years at the Port of Gdansk.

Will Gdansk soon have some new intermodal terminals?

The Port of Gdansk has launched a new tender for the following attractively located areas in the Outer Port in the hinterland of the currently expanding DCT container terminal, PERN oil terminal, dry bulk cargo terminal of the Northern Port and the soon to be built new OT Logistics deepwater bulk terminal.

Visit of the Taiwanese Ministry of Finance at the Port of Gdansk

On 23 September the Port of Gdansk was visited by a delegation of representatives of the Taiwanese Ministry of Finance and the maritime industry who came to Pomerania for a three-day fact-finding mission about the specifics of the Polish customs service with regard to its structure, main objectives and strategy for the coming years. The Polish side was represented by the Ministry of Finance and the Customs Service.

New Deepwater Terminal at the Port of Gdansk

On 21 September 2015 the Management Board of the Port of Gdansk Authority SA and the company OT Logistics SA duly signed a 30-year lease on a plot of land located in the most promising area of the Port of Gdansk - in the Outer Port, next to the DCT container terminal and the dry bulk terminal run as a joint venture between the Northern Port and the Sea-Invest group.

The heads of five ministerial offices on a visit to the Port of Gdansk

The last day of August was exceptional for the Port of Gdansk, because on that day, on the occasion of an external government meeting, the port was visited by representatives of the central administration headed by the Minister of the Treasury - Andrzej Czerwinski and Deputy Minister of Economy - Jerzy Pietrewicz.
