We, at Inter Marine have always appreciated the unique advantages being offered by the Port of Gdansk. Thanks to the excellent co-operation we enjoyed on all business levels, we were able to finalise several shipping projects in which the needs of our customers were complemented by the flexibility and competitiveness of the port's offers. As the result of above, the new, regular, conventional service of UASC was started in middle nineties. Later on, the container terminal was established under the name of GTK. This container terminal in which Inter Marine is the main business provider, puts Port of Gdansk on the map of the Baltic container shipping. The potential of Gdansk as niche container port is appreciated by the shipping lines, being represented by Inter Marine on the Polish market, who support the terminal with direct feeder connections as well as regular container, intra-european lines calls.

The success achieved already encourage Inter Marine to promote the port as potential location for other shipping and logistics projects which stand very good chances to be materialised in the near future.
